Refunds
To obtain a full refund, workshop participants must notify Educational Transformations at least 10 days prior to the workshop. Participants who cancel within 10 days of the workshop start date will be liable for the full registration fee.
Substitutions of suitably qualified colleagues can be made, with prior notification to Educational Transformations, at any time up to the program start date. Cancellations or transfer notifications should be faxed, emailed, or made in writing.
If a delegate fails to attend a program, fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event.
Educational Transformations Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program due to low registrations or unforeseen events. Full refunds will be given in this instance. Educational Transformations is not liable for any cost incurred by the attendees if the workshop is postponed or cancelled. Educational Transformations Pty Ltd reserves the right to change venue, course fees, dates, content, speakers, or method or presentation at its discretion.
